Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of ACTS Retirement-Life Communities $163,100,000 Series 2025 Bonds. Headquartered in PA and operating 28 communities in nine states, Acts will use bond proceeds to fund a variety of projects throughout PA and FL as well as refund Series 2021 Bonds issued for Mease Life, a recent affiliate with Acts. 

As part of our celebration of Women’s History Month, Ziegler hosted its Annual Women in Senior Living Leadership Forum on March 13th. This virtual event featured an executive panel of amazing women leaders including Rebecca Adelman, Esq. (Founder, Adelman Firm), Michelle Holleran (MPA, PhD, Holleran Consulting), and Jeannee Parker Martin (President & CEO, LeadingAge California).

Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of Fairview’s $7,500,000 Series 2025A Bond Anticipation Notes. Located in Groton, CT on a 70-acre campus, Fairview will use BANs proceeds to fund predevelopment costs for a campus repositioning project, transforming the campus into a more modern and sustainable CCRC model.

Ziegler is pleased to announce its role in the successful closing of $230,250,000 of Series 2025 Bonds for Bella Vida Forefront Living. Bond proceeds will be used to fund the development and construction of a new retirement community in San Antonio, Texas. The community is planned to consist of 204 independent living residences including 164 apartments and 40 villas as well as 16 memory support suites.

Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of Westminster’s $83,940,000 Series 2025 Bonds. Located in Austin, TX, proceeds from the bonds will primarily be used to fund a variety of projects designed to enhance building connectivity and resident amenities.

This was the first time this topic has been surveyed by Ziegler and can be a valuable benchmarking tool to assist senior living and care organizations to help navigate financial operations and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and innovation.

Ziegler is pleased to announce its role as exclusive sell-side financial advisor to Christian Horizons on the sale of its senior living and care portfolio. Ziegler was retained to sell Christian Horizons’ portfolio of 11 senior living communities and its wholly owned institutional pharmacy company.
