Invested in the Locust Point Private Credit Fund which is a private equity fund investing primarily in subordinated debt, and to a limited extent, preferred equity investments and first lien debt for acquisition, refinancing, new construction, renovations and working capital, principally in the senior housing and long-term care industries.
