Vice President Operations
Scott Leslie joined Ziegler in 2024. Scott leads the Operations Department for Ziegler Capital Markets, supporting secondary trading, underwriting, compliance, and settlements.
Prior to joining Ziegler, he spent 22 years at Oberweis Securities, Inc. as Vice President, Fixed Income where he was responsible for institutional and retail trading, compliance, and operations.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University – Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Scott holds FINRA Series 7, 52, 53, 63, and 99 licenses.
