Patrick Hayes joined Ziegler in 2020. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Patrick was an analyst at Tyton Partners, where he executed M&A and equity transactions for high growth companies within the global knowledge and technology sectors. Patrick began his career in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he advised public and sponsor-backed companies on operational cash flow improvement initiatives across healthcare, medical devices, and life sciences.
Patrick earned his B.S. in finance from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
