JP SLOAN

JP Sloan joined the healthcare investment banking team at Ziegler in 2022. He specializes in M&A, strategic advisory, and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.

Prior to joining Ziegler, JP was with Founders Advisors, where he focused on sell-side M&A and recapitalizations for companies in the software and tech-enabled services sectors. Prior to Founders, JP worked in the corporate development team at Regions Financial, where he focused on corporate M&A and minority investments in FinTech and financial services.

JP graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi, where he received a B.B.A. in Managerial Finance and Banking & Finance.
