Hayden Girard joined the senior living team at Ziegler in 2023. His primary responsibilities include providing technical support to the investment banking team, performing high-level financial analysis of current and prospective clients, performing detailed credit analysis, and providing industry research and analysis to address the needs of senior living organizations.

Prior to joining Ziegler, he worked for a commercial real estate lending firm where he focused on underwriting properties, interest rate forecasting, and debt structuring's for new investments.

Hayden graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University in 2022. He holds his Series 52 and 79 securities licenses.
