Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of a financing for Cedar Crest in Janesville, Wisconsin, for a campus expansion and the refunding of prior debt. The financing is comprised of $57,460,000 of Series 2022A Fixed Rate Revenue Bonds and $30 million of bank debt.
