Ziegler announces the successful closing of Williamsburg Landing’s $76,910,000 Series 2024 Bonds. Situated on 138 wooded acres in Williamsburg, VA, the community is using bond proceeds to acquire additional land and develop an expansion known as Anchor Cove that will feature 27 terrace homes, 12 village apartments and a new community center.
