Ziegler announces the successful closing of Sunset Manor’s $52,100,000 Series 2024 Bonds. With four facilities located in Jenison, Grandville, and Grand Haven, Michigan, Sunset will use Bond proceeds to refund existing debt and finance capital expenditures.
