Ziegler Closes $48,710,000 Acquisition Financing For the EveryAge Obligated Group

Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of EveryAge’s $25,310,000 Series 2024B Bonds and $23,400,000 2024 Taxable Term Loan. With three communities located in North Carolina, EveryAge is primarily using financing proceeds to acquire Providence Place, a 379 unit/bed rental community in High Point, NC.
