Ziegler announces the successful closing of the Heritage Community of Kalamazoo’s Series 2020AB Bonds. HCK will use proceeds of the  Bonds to construct 60 independent living units in a new three and four-story residential structure on the western portion of its campus to be known as Revel Creek. The building will feature a new dining venue with commercial kitchen, a bar area, den, living room, library, outdoor terraces with seating spaces and a fitness room.
