Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of the $33,000,000 follow-on transaction for the Legacy Cares, Inc. Project. Proceeds from this follow-on issuance will be used to: install over 2.1 million square feet of synthetic turf, add over 34,000 square feet to buildings A and B, expand on-site roadways and parking, and increase lighting.
