Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of $27,885,000 Ohio Living Communities’ Series 2020B Bonds. Proceeds will be used to construct Heritage Pointe, a new 11-story, 56-unit independent living building on its Westminster-Thurber campus in Columbus, Ohio.
