Ziegler announces the successful financing for Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing, Inc., for a refunding of prior debt. The financing is comprised of approximately $22,460,000 of tax-exempt Series 2022 Bonds along with a $1,531,000 taxable term loan. WISH owns and operates eight skilled nursing facilities, 10 assisted living facilities and one senior independent living facility with campuses primarily across rural Wisconsin.
