Ziegler is pleased to announce the closing of Terwilliger Plaza’s $154,620,000 Series 2021 Bonds. Terwilliger’s Bonds are rated “BB+” by Fitch. Proceeds will be used to finance The Parkview Project, a 10-story, 127 independent living unit tower with views of Portland’s skyline, Mount St. Helens, Mount Hood, the Willamette River, Terwilliger Hills forested hillsides, and adjacent Duniway Park.
