Ziegler announces the successful closing Presbyterian Retirement Communities, Inc.’s $142,585,000 Series 2023A Bonds. Located throughout Florida, and affiliated with Westminster Communities of Florida, proceeds of the Series 2023A Bonds will be used to refund existing debt. The bonds were originally priced in January 2022 with a 15-month forward delivery.
