Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of the Bayview $13,285,000 Series 2024 Bonds. Established in 1961 and located in Seattle, WA, Bayview owns and operates a CCRC for more than 199 residents in its 133 independent residential apartments and 44 assisted living apartments. Bond proceeds will be used to fund the installation of new exterior windows across the communities as well as improvements to exterior balconies and other capital expenditures at the community.
