Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of $107,720,000 of Series 2020 Bonds for Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida, Inc. The proceeds of the Series 2020 Bonds will be used to refinance outstanding debt, reimburse and fund certain capital expenditures, fund a debt service reserve fund and pay costs of issuance.
