Our discussion also covered the post-election landscape, easing inflationary pressures, labor market indicators, and municipal fund flows.
• The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERC): Joining the webinar was attorney Michael Williams, who has made a specialty of helping K-12 schools successfully file and obtain funding under the ERC program. Michael discussed the current status of the program, remaining funding application deadlines, and what to expect by way of timing of a decision on your application.
